Victorine Lumnuie Ambe

Deputy Secretary General

Victorine Lumnuie Ambe is the Deputy Secretary General for Movement for Democracy, Development and Transparency ( MDDT-Cameroon). She is the Project Coordinator for the North West Region for the project, “Let Dialogue Lead” to advocate, encourage and pave a way for youths to speak out. 

She holds a Masters degree in Peace, Conflict and International Relations at the Pan African Institute for Development- West Africa. 

Mme Victorine Ambe is also a Civil Society Actor, Founder and Executive Director, Cornerstone Enrichment Services (CES).  She is an accredited member of FemWise-Africa, Peace and Security Department (PSD), African Union Commission and an Advocate for the protection and rights of children especially youths under incarceration. She is passionate about Planning and implementing de-radicalization and rehabilitation psychosocial support programs for delinquent youths, in and out of prison and those at risk. She further contributes in the design and application of the National Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Commission programs. 

Her experience cuts across many national and international training in Peace and Security, Prevention, Release and Reintegration of Children Associated with Armed Forces and Armed Groups from the Folke Bernadotte Academy / Barcelona International Peace Center; Post Conflict Reconstruction and Stabilization from Addis Abbaba African Union, Advanced Stabilization and Reintegration (ASR) and finally Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) both from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, Accra Ghana.
