Walters Shanshan Mbinglo is the Marketing and Communication Officer for MDDT-Cameroon. He is a 39 year old bilingual Cameroonian who hails from Bamenda in the North West Region. He is a practicing lawyer/legal consultant with a firm academic and professional background in Law, spanning over 10 years in different capacities. His professional experience cuts across consultancy, corporate law practice, project financing, litigation & trial monitoring. 

As such, his practice covers corporate/ business, labour, arbitration, family, probate, criminal, real estate, human rights areas.

Shanshan has a passion for networking, capacity enhancement and developing business and community solutions. He has worked with several diverse corporate entities, Cameroonian administrative authorities, the civil society, socio-cultural agencies and other private organizations.
