Walters Shashan Mbinglo is an advocate and solicitor of the Cameroon Bar Association, currently serving as Legal consultant and Junior Partner at Sama Chambers. He holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Buea, Cameroon, with subsequent certificates from the United Nations World Food Program (UNWFP) among several accreditation obtained from a wide range of training and conferences worldwide.
He is currently enrolled with the United Nations Peace Operations Training Institute(POTI). He has been extremely pro-active in promoting democracy, youth leadership and active citizenship towards fostering good governance and sustainable development. He is the NW Regional coordinator for the “Youth Alliance for Leadership and Development in Africa” (YALDA) – Cameroon and the Movement for Democracy, Development and Transparency.
